Miller and Johns Jobs

Hi Keith, Nina, Elvin and Jen!!
These guys are snowbirds. They have a nice little Villa over there in Sugarmill Woods, same with Elvin and Jen Miller. The linoleum flooring in most of the Villas over there are pretty old and dated. A few months ago we tiled Elvin and Jen's Bathroom and front foyer with new ceramic tile.
Keith Johns is Jen's Pop, and they live about a block apart. When he saw Elvin and Jen's new floor, he knew it was time to shoot the lock off his own wallet and get his floors tiled too!
Elvin was on the waiting list for a Brick Paver Patio and Sidewalk at the time we did his tile work, so we decided to do both of these jobs in tandem.
That way while we were waiting for the thin set to dry for a day we could just run down the road and do the Patio to fill time. It worked out great.
So here are some pictures of the Johns Job first and Miller will be after those.
